My husband and I have used Steve for our basement issues and have always received excellent service. He explains the process and follows through with experienced workers and guarantees their work. If you are having basement issues, you should give them a call. Steve will be open, honest and fair.

Steve and his son have been to our home 2 times in about a year. Turns out we do not have a foundation issue. We only know this because Steve took the time to explain things. He really helped us understand what was going on with our home. I believe if it wasn’t for Hunter and Sons we would be spending a lot of money that we didn’t need to. Hunter and son’s were referred to me by my father-in-law. They did excellent work on his home at a very reasonable price. We were fortunate to have met these people. Thanks again Hunter and Son’s

We had the guys out after we noticed cracks appearing in our drywall and some water in areas in the basement. Everyone else I had out gave me estimates from 10-35k to fix our problems. Steve came out and was honest and to the point telling me that if I fixed my outside drainage issue, I almost definitely would not need my basement tore up. He showed me how to measure if I still thought the wall was moving. We shook hands and he left without giving me a quote or charging me for his time. He said, "You dont need anything jacked or anchored, just do the dirt work." I went from potentially looking at 35k to just over 2k for machine rentals. I've had 3 friends that have all used Hunter and Sons. They all were happy with the work done and how honest and open Steve is up front. I would/will recommend Hunter and Sons to everyone not for their quality of work, which is quite exceptional, but for their honesty. Not to try and make a buck but to try and fix a problem even if they don't make a dime. This company still does business the old way where a hand shake is a deal and a job is done, not a contract is signed, a product is sold and you're left wondering what just happened.

Hunter and Son repaired the foundation on my garage and I could not be more pleased. Everyone was professionally and knowledgeable. The crew that was sent to complete the work kept me informed of their progress and finished when promised. I will definitely contact them again if needed.

Hunter & Son Construction done a great job raising & supporting our foundation ! Being a General Contractor I talked to several foundation companies and found Hunter & Son to be the most knowledgeable! They did exactly what they said they would & in the time frame . The price to do the job was VERY FAIR ! By far the best foundation crew around !!

Fantastic work, and a huge lifesaver. We had a big leak in the roof on a holiday, and Robert was over within a couple of hours to check it out, and then brought a team back later that day to do an emergency patch. And then they even came back out a few days later to fix it up further. They were incredibly helpful nd easy to work with, did great work, and were reasonably priced—I'd recommend Hunter and Son to anyone.

Hunter and Son is so honest! They've done work for my mother, my in-laws and us. For this visit, they were so good that they gave us all sorts of information on construction while also saying that it isn't necessary to spend funds. No charge for this honest assessment! Would highly recommend!
